Chipotle Mexican Grill opened in 1993 with the dream of offering excellent food at a reasonable price. Also, Chipotles was one of the first restaurants that offered the quickness of ordering at a fast food restaurant combined with more of a fine dining feel. Customers quickly fell in love with the quirky design and architecture. The restaurant offers a unique menu and the food is cooked from raw fresh ingredients. Chipotles has now become a family favorite to customers in over 1,600 restaurants nationwide.

You will be interviewed by a manager and it will probably be informal and very comfortable. A second interview will be conducted in two parts with assistant managers and/or general manager in two separate settings. If you are hired, you will be asked to come back, fill out paperwork, and meet everyone working that day.
